About

We're rebuilding project controls for Saudi construction

Project controls shouldn't run on email attachments, five disconnected tools and retyped spreadsheets. We built the platform we wished existed.

The problem we kept seeing

On every project, contractors email documents, drawings get lost, and teams retype the same data across a document system, a scheduler, a cost spreadsheet and a risk register that never talk to each other. When a dispute surfaces years later, the audit trail is partial and the arbitration is painful. The tools that solve this — Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, Aconex — are priced for oil majors, English-only, and never designed for the Kingdom.

What we built

SmartEPMO is one platform for the whole job: contractors upload through secure links, AI proposes the metadata and extracts BoQ lines, schedules and contract clauses, and your team approves in one queue. Approved work flows through to valuations and payment certificates — with the AI assisting and deterministic code computing every number. The capability of the enterprise tools, at a price a mid-size contractor can afford.

Why Saudi-first

The Kingdom's construction sector is among the most active on earth, and Vision 2030 is accelerating it. Yet there's no Arabic-first, PDPL-ready project-controls platform built for it. We're building exactly that — bilingual from day one, with a data-residency path for government, Aramco and PIF-grade requirements.

Where we are

Document Control is live, the free AI tools are in the hands of planners today, and the cost, planning and risk modules are coming online module by module. We're in active pilots on real project documents and refining the product with every file that goes through it. If you run project controls and this resonates, we'd love to put it in front of your documents.
